          Well, this retail corridor just seems to keep getting better and better!  Shortly after the opening of the 300,000+ square foot Dogwood Festival Market lifestyle center, located immediately east of this site, the announcement was made about a new lifestyle center to be named Dogwood Promenade, which is located directly north across Lakeland Drive from the Dogwood Festival Market.  This newly-opened center features PETsMART, Target, Stein Mart, and Kroger.  Furthermore, if that were not exciting enough, there is a  new, larger, Lakeland Commons (click HERE for recent news) retail development, featuring Lowe's and Kohl's, presently under construction........Most importantly: Lakeland Commons shares signalized access to Lakeland Drive with the to-be-named subject development!!!

Finally, the subject development will, ultimately, serve as the western entrance into the last proposed major development at the Lakeland/Old Fannin intersection.  By all accounts, this last development will be the finest one in the area........please stay in touch for frequent updates!
